ABOUT THE GUEST APARTMENT
Separate part of an older log house. The guest apartment has
its own entrance, lower floor completely newly renovated into
a bright, rustic, spacious kitchen, fully equipped with
everything for cooking and socializing. Induction hob,
convection oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee maker,
kettle, dishwasher. Dining area for + 4 people.

On the 2nd floor there is a toilet, shower room, washing
machine, an alcove with a single bed and bed and living room
in open plan, furnished with 2 x 90 double bed (can be
seperated), sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, SMART TV, chest
of drawers, wardrobes.

Outdoor
A porch surrounds the apartment on two sides, facing south
and west, outdoor furniture and gas grill in season. Access to
large lawn and parking.

ABOUT THE AREA
The guest apartment is in beautiful Böckerskogen, the area is
well known for its collection of older log houses. Here you
have miles-wide views to the south over Bjäre's open and
rural landscape. The property has immediate proximity to
hiking and biking trails, golf clubs; Båstad GK (2 km), Bjäre
GK (3km), Torekov GK (11km), Åkagården GK (9km).

Leave the E6 in Östra Karup and drive into Båstad and further
on Köpmansgatan
until you meet a roundabout, take the road to the left and
drive up the hill until
you meet Ängelholmsvägen, turn right, after 75 meters turn
to the left (sign
Häljarp 3) and follow the road uphill for exactly 3.9 km and
you will get my 3
