Beschreibung

Close to the sea in a modern, nice new house built 2007 with an enormous
terass and deck chairs is this house located 250 meters from the Paradise.
The feeling of vacation is sinificant...

The House is located in the forrest 150 meters from the sea in the
incredible beautiful Svalemålabay. The nature invites you to a rich outdoor
life with many possibilities to swim in the ocean or in sweet water lakes.
The hiking trail is just around the corner and there are two nice jogging
rounds (1,2km and 5km). Golf courses in a fair distance and last but not
least you can relax in the hammock.

The house has an open design with a very well equipped kitchen in
combination with the living room. There are three bedrooms and a
bathroom with WC, shower, floor heating a "towel warmer". The house is
totally soundproof so if you like sleep in you won't be disturbed by the
earlybirds...
The living room has a TV, including DVD and 20 movies and a lovely
fireplace.

In total there are room for eight people to sleep, six in the bedrooms and
two in the living room.

There is an enormous verande almost around the entire house with many
lamps for lovely summer evenings. If you like to stay close to the house
there is a BBQ, bices to borrow and a small lawn for badminton or fotball.
We also have a boat with a small engine for rent.
