ABOUT THE GUESTHOUSE.
Modernized log cabin of 50 square meters. 3 rooms and
kitchen.
2 bedrooms with 2 x 80 beds of good quality that can easily
be put together to make a double bed. 160 mattresses are
available to put on.

Kitchen for all types of cooking, induction hob, convection
oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery etc.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room with dining
area, sofa, armchair, 43-inch flat-screen TV, wood-burning
stove.
Glass doors lead out to a spacious veranda in the south with a
gas grill, parasol and outdoor furniture.

Washing machine + Tumble dryer in the basement of the
house. Cats and dogs are allowed (no barking dogs).

ABOUT THE AREA
The guest house is in the middle of the Bjäre Peninsula, in
Häljarp. 4 km to
Båstad. 3 km to Västra Karup. Here you live with a view of
open landscapes in a rural, natural environment. Neighbor to
Båstad GK and Bjäre GK. Perfect location for hiking and
cycling. The guest house is one of three houses on the
property, the owner lives in the villa next door.

Leave the E6 in Östra Karup and drive into Båstad and further
on
Köpmansgatan
until you meet a roundabout, take the road to the left and
drive up the hill

you meet Ängelholmsvägen, turn right, after 100 meters turn
