About the residence

TV area with armchair, 3 seater sofa, 55" SMART TV.

From the living room you can reach a spacious veranda with
outdoor furniture, deck chairs, parasol and gas grill (in
season).
There are 2 parking spaces next to the house.
Cats and dogs allowed (but not barking dogs)

The annex is one of three houses on the property, the owner
lives in the villa next door. The houses are in Böckerskogen
with a view of Bjäre's open landscape in a rural, close-to-
nature environment. Neighbor to Båstad and Bjäre GK! The
distance to central Båstad is 3.9 km and Västra Karup 3 km.
