Description

The Schwerinska Villa is a cosy house located in an amazing park area. The
house has two patios and a large lawn facing south. There is also a small area
for the kids with a sandbox, a hut and a slide.

On the ground floor there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with four seats, a
bathroom with shower and toilet and a large living room with TV, fireplace,
with free supliance of firewood, and a large sofa. There is also a sofa bed
with two mattresses of good quality and
comfort (extra thick mattresses for better comfort). There is also a winter
garden with a large dining area, with patios on two sides.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one where we can
make the bed for either one or two persons. There is also a bathroom.

Bed linen and towels included.

Canal Digitals digital channels on the TV, wireless internet via wi-fi, about 7
GB.

The Schwerinska Villa is located at the far end of the park by a forest. You
can have nice walks or go jogging.
With only a little more than 1 km to the train, you will arrive quickly at
Helsingborg or if you prefer, Helsingör in Denmark! Many departures every hour.
