The annex is one of three houses on the property, the owner
lives in the villa next door. The houses are in Böckerskogen
with a view of Bjäre's open landscape in a rural, close-to-
nature environment. Neighbor to Båstad and Bjäre GK! The
distance to central Båstad is 3.9 km and Västra Karup 3 km.

Leave the E6 in Östra Karup
and drive into Båstad and
further on Köpmansgatan
until you meet a roundabout,
take the road to the left and
drive up the hill until
you meet Ängelholmsvägen,
turn right, after 75 meters
turn to the left (sign
Häljarp 3) and follow the road
uphill for exactly 3.9 km and
you will get my 3
timberhouses on the right
